How do I become a We R Retailer?
-- It's simple. Just fill out our Retailer Application Form, including a copy of your tax id license, and e-mail or fax it in. To become an online retailer, the candidate must have a store established-- either a physical store location or an online site from which a significant amount of business is already being done.

How much is a minimum order for retailers?
-- All initial orders have a minimum purchase of $200. All orders thereafter have a minimum of $100.

How long before we receive our order from the show?
-- The purpose of our trade shows is to allow stores to pre-order items so that they may be the first to receive them when they are available. All orders are shipped out as ordered on a first-come first-serve basis. Therefore, as soon as products become available we do our best to ship them out, even if a product collection is not yet complete.

What is the We R policy on returns and credits?
-- Any discrepancies with received items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Please inspect merchandise upon delivery to claim damaged or missing product to receive a full refund. Any stock item can be returned within 30 days at customer's expense minus a 15% restocking fee. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. Customers must call to obtain a return authorization number.

Why did I receive only part of my order? (backorders)
-- In order to get your product to you as fast as possible, our policy is to ship out everything we have in stock from your order and then ship any back-ordered products as soon as they are available. An invoice will be included in the shipment that lists which items are back-ordered. If your store does not allow back-orders, please notify your customer service rep prior to ordering. Also, please note that all back-orders are automatically sent out unless the order is cancelled.

How can I get terms with We R?
-- Retailers may apply for terms after two consecutive prepaid orders by filling out a Terms Application Form.

How do I purchase We R products?
-- Check out our "Where To Buy" page (click on the button above). Our store locator will help you find a store near you, or if you are interested in purchasing online you can find several online retailers.

Do I need to contact We R for login id to purchase online?
-- No. Not unless you are interested in becoming a We R retailer. We have an online store for retailers that requires id from us in order to purchase wholesale, but anyone can purchase our products online -- check out our list of online stores on the "Where To Buy" page.

 

Product Questions:

How can I avoid damaging my crop-a-dile?
-- The Crop-a-dile is one of the toughest tools out there, but though unlikely, it can be damaged. The Crop-a-dile was made to go through things such as chipboard, leather, and pure tin, but when you start trying to punch stainless steel you may be disappointed. Use good judgment.
Also, be sure that when setting eyelets you use the correct side on the top and bottom-- using it upside down will cause the eyelet to be crimped onto your tool, which is a predicament you'll want to avoid.

-- Tab dispenser refills can be purchased online or it's likely that you can find them at the place where you purchased your tab dispenser.
